What is our return policy?
You have a limited number of calendar days from the date you receive your order to return item(s) for a full or partial refund, except for gift bundles. During certain seasonal promotional periods, the return window may be extended. We do not process exchanges — all approved returns are refunded.

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, visit crewswimwear.com and use the return request tool:

After submitting your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your completed returns form and return number. Keep all proof of shipment; it’s your responsibility to use a secure and traceable return method.

How do I send back my order?

  • You must request a return for each item before sending it back.
  • Log into your account on crewswimwear.com. If you checked out as a guest, use the guest return link on the site.
  • Choose the order and item(s) you wish to return.
  • Print and include your return ticket in the parcel.
  • Send the item(s) back in their original, undamaged condition, including all packaging and accessories.

Returned items that are incomplete, worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or missing required hygiene strips (for swimwear and underwear) will not be accepted. If a promotional gift was included with your order, it must be returned with the item(s).

What happens after we receive your return?
Once the returned package is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a specified number of days after receipt, provided the return meets all conditions. You’ll receive an email confirming the refund.

Who pays return postage?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If an error occurred on our part when fulfilling your order, return costs may be covered by us.

Are original shipping charges refunded?
Shipping costs from your original order are only refunded if you return the entire order.

Can items bought elsewhere be returned here?
Items purchased through third‑party retailers or physical stores cannot be returned through crewswimwear.com. Returns must be made through the original purchase channel.

What if an item was damaged in transit?
If a product was damaged during delivery, contact customer support with details of the damage so we can assist.

How do I return a gift order?
Gift orders follow the same return conditions. The refund will be credited to the original purchasing account. For questions, contact customer support.
